Overview of Position:
Work with a team of specialists in sales and customer service. Must enjoy technology and Apple products!

Duties a Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist and advise walk-in and tele-sales customers with their Apple hardware, software, and accessory purchases; Recommend solutions; Research and provide requested information; Perform product demonstrations.
• Enter and retrieve information in Company Point of Sale system. Information includes but not limited to the following: prepare quotes, orders, and invoices.
• Provide quality customer service. Establish and maintain customer relationships. Keep customers informed on orders and product status. Follow-up with customers after purchase.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in Company or Apple sponsored training programs as required. Attend sales meetings and other meetings or seminars as notified.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.

Skills & Educational Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Apple products required.
• Previous sales experience desirable.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule (Weekdays and Saturdays).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Inter-Relationships:

• Works with retail and business clients.
• Communicates with all Company departments (Marketing, Purchasing, & Service).

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced

Physical Demands:

• Handle and lift products and computers up to 70 pounds on occasion.
• May often stand for long periods of time.
• Type using a computer keyboard.
• Visually read information off of a computer screen.
