Overview of Position:<\/div>\n
Troubleshoot customer problems on Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, Beats, iPod, and more. Display initiative to solve computer related challenges and enjoy communicating with clients. Showing commitment, discipline, strong work ethic, and ability to be a team player are extremely important. Candidate must be eager to learn and excel at expanding technical knowledge of all things Mac.<\/div>\n

Duties and Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
Assist and advise walk-in and tele-support customers with their hardware and software related issues. Recommend solutions; research and provide information as needed.<\/div>\n
Diagnose and repair Apple Computers in a timely manner.<\/div>\n
Adhere to strict parts ordering, installation, and documentation policies.<\/div>\n
Demonstrate effective oral and written communication.<\/div>\n
Enter and retrieve information in Company Point of Sale system. Information includes but not limited to the following: create service repair orders and perform service quotes.<\/div>\n
Provide quality customer service while keeping customers informed on service repairs.<\/div>\n
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times.<\/div>\n
Participate in Company or Apple sponsored training programs as required.<\/div>\n
Maintain Housekeeping, Safety and Security, and Merchandising standards as directed.<\/div>\n
Achieve required service certifications and maintain good standing with certifications.<\/div>\n
Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.<\/div>\n

Skills & Educational Requirements:<\/div>\n
High school degree or equivalent required.<\/div>\n
Mac troubleshooting experience required.<\/strong><\/div>\n
Apple Certifications preferred.<\/div>\n
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.<\/div>\n

Works with retail and business clients.<\/div>\n
Communicates with all Company departments (Accounting, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, & Service) and staff at other locations.<\/div>\n
